Breakfast Pancakes

Place in Bowl

1 cup Gorniza Flour mill whole wheat or spelt flour
½ cup Gorniza Flour mill buckwheat flour or rye flour
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 ½ – 2 cups milk of desired consistency

Stir together until lumps disappear and cook on hot greased griddle. For extra nutrition, add 2 tbsp of soy flour and adjust liquid if necessary.
